A Regional Milestone in Impactful Team Building

Skills3, in collaboration with Companies for Good, proudly delivered five simultaneous workshops across the GCC for Boehringer Ingelheim, integrating a meaningful social initiative into their strategic meetings.

The activity- crafting soft toy penguins - was held in five cities across three countries, requiring careful coordination and rapid mobilisation. Our team flew in, facilitated each workshop, and returned to Dubai the same day, ensuring a seamless experience across all locations. Boehringer’s live digital connection between teams enhanced the sense of unity and shared purpose.

Together, we engaged 194 participants and created 194 handmade penguins, destined to bring comfort to children in vulnerable situations.

This milestone demonstrates that geography is no barrier when the commitment to creating social impact is strong. It also reinforces our capacity to deliver our signature, hands-on creative workshops beyond borders.
