Turning Waste into Awareness with Victoria's Secret

Recycling and creative reuse are powerful ways to explore environmental impact in a team setting. The Camel Waste to Art workshop gave Victoria’s Secret employees the opportunity to turn everyday waste into something meaningful—through hands-on creativity with purpose.

As part of their commitment to sustainability and team engagement, Victoria’s Secret employees participated in the Camel Waste to Art workshop—facilitated by Skills3 in partnership with Companies for Good.

Using unwanted packaging materials and everyday office waste—such as takeaway cutlery, coffee pods, and discarded plastic—the team transformed trash into texture, filling and adorning a large-scale metal camel sculpture. The camel, a symbol of resilience and environmental balance in the region, became a collective canvas for reflection, creativity, and action.

This experience offered a unique way for participants to reflect on their own waste footprint while building connection and purpose through a shared creative challenge.
